At one time I was a world-class ultra-distance runner, but now I have limitations on my body because of various ailments. That being said, many of the things Terri talks about I can do. And, I do them. Authors spend a lot of time sitting and need to get up and move. Terri and I are both handicapped in certain ways, but we don't let it stop us. If we can do things to get in a workout, so can you.
