LIVING GREEN: BLAZING OWL PRESS WILL PUBLISH ONLY EBOOKS - BY BLAZE MCROB

Painting by Vi Huntley-Franck

Terri DelCampo and I have decided that our Press will publish only eBooks. We were thinking of adding in print books, as well, but we decided against it. I know a lot of people will think we're wrong for going this way, that we'll be hurting ourselves with this kind of limiting factor, but our decision is based on the fact that we are green-minded. We live on a wooded lot and look outside every day and see trees, leaves, and more. We constantly talk about conservation of all kinds. It lessens our footprint on the planet.

A lot of people talk about dead tree books, and they're completely right. None of that for us. We are not demanding the industry does as we do. This is our way to give something back to the planet we live on. Climate change is already at work, and it's not for the best.

I know this is perhaps a small thing in many people's eyes. Others will say we're depriving ourselves of money. Maybe. Maybe not. We have just expanded the number of digital stores where our books are sold. We have other plans in the works. However, none of these plans call for destroying trees or polluting the ground with chemicals needed to transform the trees into paper. This is a highly technical era we live in. We aim to use the best of what science has to offer.

The reasons for our Press taking a stand for this position are pretty clear. Other Presses don't wish to do what we do. Their choice. Some readers like to read paperback books only. Once again, this is their choice. We have multiple outlets included for reading our books. We offer them for sale in many fine digital stores. We have them available to read in libraries. Definitely a lot of places to find them. All in eBook form.

Getting to some added perspective, I'm interjecting one of my cutting retorts to what a number of people are tossing around on the internet. What's this, you ask? Many people are saying that real books are only made from paper. Digital books are not real books in their opinion. Personally, I don't care what they believe. A book is a book is a book. Terri and I wish to be green. We have this thing called science that makes it possible to read books on a reader. I believe in science. I could be archaic and say that real books are only those painted on the walls of caves, but I'm not. The words in a book talk to me far more than smelling paper, or cave mold.

So, if you want to smell paper, that's your decision. Don't try to palm it off on Terri and me. Our books are real books.

Thank you for your time.

GREEN GEEZERS - BY TERRI DELCAMPO

 https://greengeezers.blogspot.com/

Terri DelCampo is starting up a new blog dealing entirely with environmental issues. It's called GREEN GEEZERS. She is jumping in full-bore to anything Green related. Just a few of the many topics are sustainability, profiles of people and organizations working in many inter-related fields that are affected by many things going on in the world that should or shouldn't be, climate change, ways we can help, pollution, real-life horror, exposes, endangered wildlife, forests, proper farming methods, cleaning up the oceans, consumerism, activism, living green, nature, green burials, over-population, education, outer space, meatless Mondays, healing the Earth, and a lot more. Sounds like a lot to cover. It is for sure, but Terri feels deeply about these issues, as do I.

We'll be keeping you posted when new articles arrive for you to read. Terri wants to post every GREEN GEEZERS article for free. She feels this is important and she doesn't want anyone to not be able to read what she has to offer for lack of money.

I wish you happy and informative reading, my friends.

GIFT MOST PRECIOUS - BY BLAZE MCROB

This is my special Holiday story, free to read for everyone.

Love is always the most important part of any holiday, or any other day. Never forget that.

Thank you for reading this story.

Blaze McRob

******

A breeze plays gently with the red roses completely surrounding Angela's tombstone. No one admits to planting them. One day they weren't there, and on the 'morrow, the bushes had arrived, resplendent with their bounty. Angela's favorites. Red. The rose of love.

She hadn't wanted a headstone at all. No cross, no plaque, no marker of any kind. I couldn't do that to her. Angela deserved that and so much more.

Nine short months was all we had together. After being in remission for six years, the cancer came back and claimed her, leaving me alone, except for the memories. I still have those, so many good times mixed in with the pain of watching her struggle, pain that I felt, not the physical pain of course, but the anguish of knowing there was nothing I could do to help her.

The huge hewn log ranch house was a perfect back drop for Angela's grave. She had wanted to be buried here; she wanted to be able to watch her kids, the little ones, those stricken with the same disease she had struggled with. It was necessary for her to be here for them. Even now. From beyond the grave.

We had planned for this day to come soon after we had gotten married. The ranch house would do for the ranch boss' living quarters, and the ranch hands had a spacious bunk house, but the children needed their own building: a large one, one that had room for the medical staff as well as them. And the special part of all of this, at least for the children, and Angela and me, was a prized part of the barn that belonged to the kids. This was a horse ranch, but that would never do. The children needed ponies.

Today is Christmas Eve. The barn is bedecked with two trees, one at the front, sitting to the right of the door, and one in the back. All the pony stalls have fancy, edible decorations – can't have them getting sick from eating non-pony food – and there are name plates waiting for the lettering to magically arrive from the eager fingers of the children as they pick their own names for the young animals they will love at first sight.

This is what Angela wanted. This is her gift to these special children.

I walk through the halls of the children's quarters, feeling the same pain inside that I always do. Yet, I can't allow it to show, can I? Hope . . . hope is all some of these children have. For some of them, this will be their last Christmas. Life can be cruel and twisted. It's so hard to reconcile the reality of what is with what we wish things could be. It cuts like a knife. And it cuts deep within me.

Little Mary sits in her wheelchair, accompanied by other children and the medical staff, looking at the huge tree, so dazzling to the eye, all of them talking about their hopes and dreams. She is only six years old, yet she is one of the ones who will not be around this time next year. But her spirit has not diminished. There is a warmth and a glow in her eyes, a special contentment.

I pull up a chair and sit next to her and give her a gentle kiss on her forehead. "Are you excited about tomorrow, Mary?" I ask.

She looks up at me, the tiredness in her gaze so apparent. "Yes, sir, I am. Tomorrow is a special day. I know it. It will be the best day in my life."

So full of hope, even now, and yet…there is a genuineness I can't put my finger on. She has no family, is filled with pain, and she is happy. "Why is that, sweetie?"

Nestling next to me, she says, "Tomorrow I will receive special gifts. The best ones ever."

It breaks my heart to see her in the state she's in, but her warmth, the heat from her happy soul, makes up for it. "I don't know about the other gifts, but I do know of a special one for you, Mary. I know you will be happy."

She reaches over and gives me the best hug she can with the frail arms she has.

"Time for you to get some sleep for the big day tomorrow," one of the nurses says.

I give her another quick peck on her forehead and a wink. "Tomorrow will be your day, Mary. You're right."

Walking past Angela's grave, I come to an abrupt stop. The wind is howling across the Wyoming plains and it is cold, but there are even more roses than there were before. For the first time since Angela's death, I feel a tingle of excitement. Why, I don't know, but the sadness in my soul is tempered with a warmth, one I don't understand, and which I don't feel is right to feel, and yet I do.

Sleep does not come easy for me.

******

I dress as fast as I can, able to hear the children shouting out their happiness. I'm glad. The ranch hands, medical staff, and I all had a lot of fun picking out their presents. And soon, the trip to the barn will be made, that will make them even happier.

Excitement fills the hallways, but I don't see Mary. Is she still sleeping? Can't be. Not today. Not after what she told me last night.

Mary's room is filled with nurses and doctors when I arrive. She does not look well. Her eyes are small orbs lost within huge sockets, the flesh surrounding them dark and foreboding. Dr. King looks at me and shakes his head.

I have all I can do to keep the tears from falling down my cheeks.

She looks at me and a smile lights up her face. "Could you please carry me to the barn?" she says. "I had a dream the other night and I know what is waiting for me."

The doctor looks at me as if to say no, but he changes his mind. "Take her out, Mr. Anderson, but make sure she's wrapped up well."

"I'll bring out extra blankets, sir, " Peggy, the senior nurse in the room says.

I nod and pick her up as soon as she's properly dressed. At least Mary's happy, poor girl.

We enter the barn, and she tells me to stop at the stall with a brown filly lying in the hay. She has a gorgeous blaze on her nose and gives a slight whinny as we enter. She doesn't move as I sit down next to her with Mary in my arms.

Waiting until she is convinced that Mary is comfortable, Peggy gets up and goes outside the stall, closing it behind her. "Time to bring in the other children," she says.

I nod and settle back as Mary gently strokes the little foal. She couldn't be any happier.

"What should we name her?" I ask.

She is weakening rapidly, her breathing getting shallower, and she shakes as she says, "Angela. We will name her Angela."

My eyes about pop out of my head. Pure coincidence. Yet…

"My new Mommy's name," Mary says.

"New Mommy?"

"Yes. She will be here soon."

The day is a long one. Doctors and nurses visit all day. I know what's happening. Yet, as much as it tears me apart, I know what I have to do.

Darkness comes and I still hold onto my special little lady. Her strength reaches out to me; her warmth and love wrap around me. I should be numb from not having moved from my position all day, but I'm not.

All the other children have left the barn, and Mary and I are alone. The doctors have decided that Mary should receive her wish to remain in the barn overnight. The barn is heated and they have set up her IV. Around the clock, they come to check on her. Hoping beyond hope.

It is still Christmas Day, around 8:00 P.M., from what I can tell, when Mary's little face brightens up. "My Mommy will be here soon. I know it."

No, this can't be! I don't want to accept the truth.

The filly moves ever so slowly as something brushes against me and sits between us and the foal. Something special; something loving.

"Mommy, you're here."

"Yes, dear, I am, and I will never leave you.

Mary is lifted from my arms and placed into her Mommy's. I warmly gaze into the eyes of Angela, gone, but not gone, her spirit able to transcend all barriers.

"You will always be my Mommy?"

"Yes, my love, I will. And Bob will always be your Daddy, won't you, Bob?"

The tears fall down. There is no holding back now. "Yes, Angela. I will always love Mary and be her Daddy."

"See, Daddy? I told you this would be my best day ever."

We all hug, each of us not knowing who to embrace first.

For the longest time, a warmth surrounds me, one I know cannot last. I will hold on as long as I can. Maybe . . . just maybe.

Mary and Angela stand and hold hands. They reach down for mine, and we all leave the stall after petting the filly. Mary reaches into my pocket, grabs a red crayon, and writes Angela on the name plate.

"Perfect, sweetie," I say.

"Give us a head start to the door, Daddy, and come after us," Mary giggles.

I smile. "Okay."

By the time I reach the door, they are nowhere to be seen. I follow a trail of blankets; I know where it leads.

Two graves, two headstones, are side by side. As close as possible. The new grave has rose bushes surrounding it already. The full moon shines down on the headstones. Angela Anderson. Mary Anderson.

My girls are together. They are happy at long last.

BROKEN OLD BROAD WRITES - BY TERRI DELCAMPO

Broken Old Broad Writes is Terri DelCampo's brand new book, and a meaty one it is! Amazon says it's an Editing Writing Reference and a Fiction Writing Reference. They're correct on both of those counts, but Terri includes so much more in this tome. Her different parts of this book include:

1. Terri's story.

2. Inspiration and beginning.

3. Organization.

4. Writing fiction.

5. Writing non-fiction

6. Editing.

7. Putting the book together.

8. Publishing.

9. Marketing and promotion.

10. Ethics, courtesy, and professionalism.

11. Concluding remarks.

One of her sub-parts that I really like is Plan your work; work your plan.

******

Terri's words:

Half a century writing, and over a decade self-publishing, the Broken Old Broad has learned a thing or two about her craft. She's scraped together a healthy portion of her experience for anyone interested. Have at it!

******

There is something for every writer in this tome. Read and enjoy!

TERRI'S BOOKSHELF: INTRIGUING AUTHORS I READ IN 2015 - BY TERRI DELCAMPO

 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08R71DFT7/ref=dbs_a_def_rwt_bibl_vppi_i28

Terri's Bookshelf: Intriguing Authors I Read In 2015, by Terri DelCampo, is an interesting book based on some of the noteworthy authors who Terri loves to read. I have read books by most of these authors, and I must agree with Terri that their books are the stuff real literature is made of. The ones I haven't read? Let's just say I'll have to change that and seek them out. I always love finding new authors.

From Terri:

******

2015 was a whirlwind year, as a writer and editor for me, it was also the year I experimented with a column in Owl's Eye View Magazine called "Terri's Bookshelf". While I discontinued the column in favor of keeping OEV strictly dark fiction, I wanted to publish the articles about the books, along with the corresponding interview questions for the authors, all of whom I still currently read. Interview questions answered by: Paul A. Bussard, Jeremiah Coe, CL Hernandez, Cara Marsi, Blaze McRob, Stephen Nepa, Shari Nichols, Dr. Terry Segal, George Weinstein, Jay Wilburn.

******

These authors embrace many genres and sub-genres. Romance, science fiction, horror, war, energy medicine, non-fiction, and more. Along with many links to their books, Terri has a most interesting set of questions she asks the authors. This in itself is worth the purchase price of the book. Such diversity!

Terri also includes a special piece direct from the World Horror Convention in 2015. I was with her as we hob-knobbed with all the great people there.

You will most certainly enjoy this peek into the minds and lives of outstanding authors!

LIVING GREEN: WHO ARE THE CLIMATE DENIERS? - BY BLAZE MCROB

Painting by Vi Huntley-Franck

In addition to my articles about pollution, I’ll be adding many Climate Change facts to my Living Green series. Everything is interconnected. One affects the other. I’ll be showing that as I move along.

Approximately 97% of scientific consensus on climate change agrees that humans are responsible for the global warming going on today. Who are the other 3%?

It is possible for some who believe in human-made global warming to fail to come to terms with it. Many use their denial for their own purposes or for those they work for. Yes, I’m talking about those with industrial, ideological, or political interests. Supposedly scientific studies arrive on the scene showing that people have been duped by the majority of scientists in the field. These propaganda machines are meant to sow confusion within the populace. After all, who wants to believe that if we don’t do what we can to stop global warming that we’ll have to learn the lost art of treading water forever and a day? That sounds alarming to most folks. However, it’s time to wake up and smell the roses, and stop drinking the kool-aid.

Conservative economic policies and industrial interests opposed to the regulation of CO2 emissions, such as the Koch brothers, fossil fuel companies and their lobbies, and right-wing think tanks produce most of the anti-climate change propaganda fed to the American public. A lot of people swallow it up.

I cannot stress enough the fact that politicians are muddying their hands in this. The big-oil lobbies fill their pockets with untold millions of dollars to do their bidding. This is true for both parties, although conservatives certainly are at the head of the receiving line. My suggestion? Make the lobbies illegal. Any lobby, in my mind, does nothing but bribe our elected officials.

Big coal is starting to crumble, but they’re not going out without a fight. They should be held accountable, as well.

In 2016, every Republican presidential candidate denied climate change. That’s only five years ago, folks. What’s changed since then? Nothing much as far as the Republicans are concerned. Would you accept them at their word, or would you accept the word of scientists instead? The answer’s an easy one for me. Science, it is.

For thirty years, the fossil fuel industry, political lobbyists, and media hotshots have been telling lies about climate change that cause doubt in the minds of many people. $200 million dollars a year is spent on such lobbying to stop needed climate policy changes.

Deniers suggest that climate change is just part of a natural cycle. Others insist that CO2 is too small a part of the atmosphere to cause enough of a heating effect.

How about the theory among deniers that climate scientists are fixing their data to show the climate is changing? Why would they do this? Certainly, a so-called scientist working for the big oil industry would be more likely to do this. That’s what they’re paid to do.

Some former skeptics agree with climate scientists but are concerned about the costs and other implications of many of the policies currently being advocated. In other words, climate change is now about the cost, not the science.

There are climate change deniers arguing that climate change is good for us. They say longer, warmer summers in the temperate zone will make farming more productive. These gains, however, are often offset by the drier summers and increased frequency of heatwaves in those same areas.

Deniers say that plants need atmospheric carbon dioxide to grow so having more of it acts as a fertilizer. This is true, but losing massive areas of natural vegetation through deforestation and changes in land use nullifies this, and, of course, the increased temperatures ravage the soil, lowering the moisture level in it, and make it non-productive.

Don’t listen to these people. Get the facts for yourself. Read articles, journals, books. Whatever it takes. Remember, though, that many news and political sources are trash. Be your own researcher. Don’t throw you, your children, and grandchildren under the bus. Care about your family. Care about yourself.

HOLY TERRORS - BY TERRI DELCAMPO

https://books2read.com/u/m2rn9r

Terri DelCampo does not like rapist priests, so when she writes a novel about them you should expect some nastiness. Holy Terrors is her vehicle of retribution for those who have suffered at the hands at the vermin parading as holy men. She holds nothing back. Neither does her little community of Owl's Nest, Delaware. Read. Learn. And fear.

Synopsis:

The last place a rapist priest wants to be transferred is Owl's Nest

For he will surely end up like the others

Mutilated, and in owl feathers smothered

If you want a novel to give you chills

As pedophile priests they disembowel.

DESTINY CHANGED - BY BLAZE MCROB

 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01E1Z29FS/ref=dbs_a_def_rwt_bibl_vppi_i54

Destiny Changed, by Blaze McRob, is an unusual Ghoul tale, coming from the depths of my twisted  mind. How twisted? Read and find out. The book description says it all:

A Novella By Blaze McRob

Ghouls are fed up

Can't keep their heads up

In God's eyes they're dreck

A mistake gone unchecked.

Lillith and Algol,

Ghouls that inspire awe

Give Destiny birth

Begin showing Ghoul worth.

The Chosen One surprising

Leads the uprising

By misfits is adored

Babe wields lightning sword.

Twixt Devil and God

Through bloodiest sod

World order arranged

By Destiny changed.

(Poem by Terri DelCampo)

******

Here's a short teaser to whet your horror whistle.

******

Springtime. Fresh air carries the aroma of recently shoveled dirt, moistened by the recent rains, throughout the graveyard. Shovels, left behind in a hurry when the downpour started, lie on the ground next to the grave of the newest inhabitant.

Normality? Yes, but a sinister presence surveys the scene, not the least bit happy. Chunks of wet soil cling to his hair-covered, naked body. His nails are long and unkempt, and yet, what difference does it make? They are more effective for him to use when digging than any shovel fashioned by the hands of man. He lives beneath the surface, under the graves, in small cave-like areas formed from his own efforts, surrounded by the clothing removed from the local residents.

They won't say anything. Ha, ha! Dead people can't snitch on him.

The taste of rotting flesh rolls around on his tongue, reminding him of his hunger, his insatiable desire to feed. Heavy rain comes down, slapping a tune on the gravestones better than any drumstick. He delights in the awareness of the cleansing of his hair and skin.

Momentary pleasure; he is still pissed . . . pissed that God remanded him and his kind to suffer the indignities of their existence. Undead, yes. Immortal, yes. However, these things come at the high price of humiliation. Forced to feed on the dead like a common vulture is not to his liking.

Yet, this is the way it's always been. How can it change now? He is not stronger than God; he is merely a creature formed by His hand, to do His bidding.

The new carcass beckons to him, speaking to him, insisting that he feed. His hunger forces him to go and dig up the coffin. He tears the lid open and gazes at the body of a young woman struck down in her prime. She cannot possibly be any more than in her early twenties. Her clothing and hair style tell him this. Maybe he doesn't live amongst the rabble known as humans, but he has devoured enough of them to know the latest fads and fashions, and his highly enhanced sense of smell is able to decipher the age of a person by unfolding different layers of skin and reading them much like a botanist counts the rings of a tree.

This one smells peculiar to him, no odor of decay, of embalming fluids. Recent death. A mortician trying to save a little money. Shit, who knows? As long as she was remanded to the soil in a timely manner, all would be well.

But no; this is more, much more. Fool that he is, his hunger plays games with his mind. His desire to feed overcomes his usual stealth. Vigilance thrown out the window!

She is alive! In some sort of comatose state, but the girl is very much alive.

Now what?! He can't devour her. It is not allowed. Does he close the casket back up and re-bury her?

Here are a couple of great reviews for James Reborn.

5.0 out of 5 stars Truly Frightening! Will shake you to your core.

Terri DelCampo is a fabulous writer with a diabolical mind. In James Reborn each new revelation, each unveiling of another, darker level to which the human species is capable of sinking, brought a fresh shock of wonder at the genius behind the relentless evil unfolding on the page. So painful, so physically emotive; I had to set the book aside to breathe. Visceral and truly frightening, though I had to pause for sanity’s sake, I could not stop until the end. If you want a well-written book that will shake you to your core, this is it.

I liked all the twists and turns. Especially after she came back. What she chose to do to survive was astonishing.

Thanks Miss Terri!

WALLKILL LAGOON - BY BLAZE MCROB

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B086BXBKJD/ref=dbs_a_def_rwt_bibl_vppi_i30

Wallkill Lagoon, by Blaze McRob, is a short story that tells you the unknown can exist anywhere. Take for example the Wallkill River, a rather unpretentious river in an area traveled by many. Yet there are urban legends surrounding what lives within its depths. Truth? Fiction? Read my story and see for yourself.

Here are the opening paragraphs of my tale.

******

The humidity is overpowering on this hot August night. All the weather indicators were for a much more temperate evening, but Mother Nature doesn't listen to the prognosticators of highs and lows and which fronts are supposed to move in. She's fickle and does what she damned well wants to.

There is not so much as a wisp of a breeze, and the air carries nary a sound of the usual bullfrog concert present on most evenings like this. But . . . there is a decided uneasiness to the lagoon that goes beyond the silence. This section of the Wallkill River is an anomaly to the upper reaches of the waterway which are usually swift as most trout streams are. Off to the side of the main current resides a back-water slough which drops off into the depths of a pool of water so deep and dark as to render any kind of visibility impossible.

Is your curiosity piqued? Come along for a trek into the unknown.

HO-PO: BY TERRI DELCAMPO

 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08Y7WT6HS/ref=sr_1_1? dchild=1&keywords=terri+delcampo&qid=1615176443&s=books&sr=1-1

Terri DelCampo has compiled quite a collection of horror poetry to sate your poetic horror appetites. Broken Old Broad Busts A Beat: HO - PO ( Horror Poems ), produces in spades. Even the cover art tells a story. I like to think of it as a reflective skeleton. Is that possible? Why not? Terri's poems sure make one think. Rather than go on and on about each and every poem and steal from the ambience that Terri has created, I will merely state that my favorite poem in this collection is Songs From The Hanging Tree. Read it and you'll see why.

Book description:

A handful of cobwebby rhymes and verse

Your yearning for ookiness these will nurse.

Not to be read by light of day

But in in a dark nook, tucked away

Read each one and when you're through

Terri has novels and stories for you.

LIVING GREEN: EVERY DAY SHOULD BE EARTH DAY - BY BLAZE MCROB

You'll be seeing a lot of the painting above. It was painted by my good friend Vi Huntley-Franck. She was kind enough to send me the original painting for a wedding present when I married Terri DelCampo-Nelson. It sits in a prominent area of my house where I can look at it every day. It shows a happy looking me with a wolf in a majestic mountain setting. I'm starting up a long series of articles about the environment, climate change, and everything related to them. Each article will be of a specific nature. Whenever you see the painting, you'll know what the article is about. Thank you Vi for allowing me to use your painting.

Even though I have advanced degrees in Biology, Chemistry, Bio-Chem, and Physics, I am going to present the articles in laypersons' terminology. I want to approach everything from a common-sense view. I love the great outdoors, and I want to be surrounded by an environment that is not polluted. I live on this spinning rock. It is my home.

One thing that worries me is that once things settle down with the pandemic we're in the midst of now, is that we'll rush pell-mell into disregarding climate change, dirty fuels, and the like. Back in 2006 and 2007, there were many people talking about wanting to embrace Green living. The recession hit and that attitude calmed down in a hurry. Things changed in the minds of many. Jobs became the focus again. I can certainly understand wanting to put food on your table, but living with dirty air, polluted water, and contaminated soil is not the way to do it. Common sense can be utilized. Yes, we can't do everything at once, but there is much that all of us can do.

We don't want to return to the days of oil-slicked rivers burning away. Nor do we wish for pesticides to kill untold numbers of animals, as well as humans. And we shouldn't be forced to breathe unhealthy air caused by auto pollution and coal-fueled power plants.

And, my friends, gasoline-powered automobiles are on the way out. As many folks are saying, "Keep it in the ground." Ruptured pipelines need to be a thing of the past.

Politically speaking, we cannot afford to tear apart the EPA and other agencies which need to be working for us and not some greedy politicians standing in line to fill their pockets from the well-financed lobbies.

Sustainability is a keyword of the present, in order for us to have a future. We need to be better humans.

This is merely my start-off article. There will be many more to come.

BLAZE MCROB'S PATREON PAGE

https://www.patreon.com/Blaze_McRob

Below are some posts I have on my Patreon page.

******

If you love horror, I believe you’ll love this. It’s my only tier and will be loaded with short stories and serialized novels. As a patron, you’ll be able to access every tale of horror that I post on Patreon. I will be adding a mix of at least thirty unique stories and novel chapters each month. It promises to be a wild ride.

Thank you for your support. I am grateful for your patronage.

About Blaze McRob

I’m a rather diverse writer. Some of my fans refer to me as being the King of Revenge Horror. Others know me for my action stories. Both are right. Add in many other strange quirks and traits and you’ll find a writer who is not bound by any constraints. Horror has always been my first love. At the age of nine, I had already consumed everything written by the great Edgar Allan Poe. So naturally, I will fill my Patreon page with many short stories of the dark, serial fiction novels, flash fiction, Father Blaze Nursery Rhymes, zombie fairy tales, horror poetry, science fiction, and more. There will be untold hours of escapism found in my tales of horror.

There will be no non-fiction on my page. I would be just another voice crying out in the wilderness. I want none of that. I will deal with whatever issues attack my gray matter the way I know best: using my story people to handle the evil running around on this spinning rock of ours from deep within my soul. My system. It works for me.

Every month, I will have at least a mix of thirty stories, novel chapters, or my other fiction. Everything I post here will not be available to read anywhere else. This place is for my loyal fans and patrons. All this for only $3.00 a month.

All my writings will remain exclusive to Patreon for at least three months after their posting. After that time period, I will make them available for sale elsewhere. However, I will not remove any of my tales from Patreon. My Patrons will still be able to read everything here. And, believe me, that's a lot of reading.

Thank you for your time. I hope to have many of you as Patrons.

******

As you can see, I removed the confusion factor and only have one tier. For $3.00 a month, you can read everything I post here. It all stays here. That gives you plenty of time to read everything I post. As of the moment, I have 532 writings on my page. I've only been on Patreon since October 1st of 2020. I have a lot more to add.

For novel lovers, I have already published eight novels, one chapter at a time:

Wolf Whispers

Ghost No More

Destiny Changed

Mists Of Papoose Pond

Last Chance

Again, Damn It!

Quarter Moon Haunts

'68 Buick

I am currently working on five other novels:

Paranormal Posse

Again, Damn It!: Book Two

Quarter Moon Haunts: Book Two

Enchanted Gateway

The Fatal Shot

All this is in addition to many short stories.

I honestly believe you'll get your money's worth and more.

Happy reading!
